Big promotions, foreign locales, multiple cameos, uber cool villains, science fiction and what not. Vashu Bhagnani has tried his best, but all in vain. Kal Kissne Dekha, the launch pad for Bhagnani's son, Jackky Bhagnani, is an outright incompetent film. The film’s screenplay and its execution is a shocker since it is helmed by director Vivek Sharma whose previous film, Bhoothnath, was quite inventive and impressive in its own right. With Kal Kissne Dekha, Sharma tries his hand at traditional masala-fare but the end product is disastrous.
